What we do
Every product here started as a job somebody was doing by hand, badly, because the tool for it did not exist.
Epoxlab is a software studio. We build products that do the parts of a job nobody should have to do twice, across marketing and content production. The people who use them are small businesses, marketing teams, and independent creators, and each product is sold on its own website on a monthly subscription billed by card through Stripe. Access arrives instantly in the browser or as a licensed desktop download, and anyone can cancel from their own billing page at any time.

HardLaunch
Turn one creator video into twenty.
HardLaunch swaps a new face and a new language into an existing creator video while keeping the demo, the script, and the timing identical. Teams use it to run one shoot across dozens of ad variants. Billing is metered on the seconds a face is actually on screen, so a long product demo costs a fraction of a talking head.

Skedwave

Skedwave plans, schedules, and auto publishes short form video to TikTok from one calendar, with the timezone handling and failure reporting that spreadsheets and phone reminders never give you. Instagram and more are next.

Screen recordings that look shot, not captured.
A macOS screen recorder that adds auto pan with motion blur, smart zooms, and cinematic backdrops while you record. Makers use it for product demos, launch videos, and tutorials that would otherwise need an editor and a weekend.

BetterSearch
A Spotlight replacement that finds the actual file.
A 3.9MB macOS search bar built on a five layer engine: fuzzy matching, semantic search, real file thumbnails, and results that appear as you type. It opens on the same keystroke you already use and returns your apps and documents instead of build artifacts.

Four rules that have not changed
Ship the whole thing
A tool that stops at the interesting part is a demo. Every product here handles the boring ninety percent too: the billing, the retries, the timezone, the failure that happens at 3am.
Small teams, real revenue
No product gets built to be impressive. It gets built because somebody was paying to have the problem solved badly, and would rather pay us to solve it well.
Own the hard part
The generation engines, the schedulers, and the render workers are ours. Buying that layer means renting your margin and your roadmap from somebody else.
Cancel in one click
Every subscription is self serve, month to month, and cancellable from the customer's own billing page. Nobody has to email us to leave.
